Cooking Class with David Scott Allen from Cocoa & Lavender

Immerse yourself in the art of cooking, savor the freshness of locally sourced ingredients, and elevate your gastronomic experience with this exclusive farm-to-table cooking class. This class will be held indoors, with plenty of air conditioning.

Menu (Tapas):

- Spanish Soup -- Salmorejo (Using farm tomatoes if available, and using Don Guerra's Bread)

- Papas Arrugadas -- Salt Crusted Potatoes with a Dipping Sauce

- Tortilla Española -- Egg, Potato and Onion Frittata

Each attendee will get to sample the three recipes.

All proceeds from the class will benefit the 4-H Healthy Living Ambassador Program.
